Kindly note that delivery methods which are currently available are set out in the table below, however we constantly strive to improve our customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping platform. DHL courier service fee
* Next day delivery (Monday to Saturday) for ingredients and machine delivery within 3 business days.
** For all other UAE locations (Ajman, Fujairah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, & Umm Al Quwain) all orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched by courier delivery in UAE. Delivery may take 1-3 business days depending on location.
Should you require an express same day delivery please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and dependent on our drivers or courier availability.
Some locations have a weekly Free delivery service as depicted in the table above.
All orders will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, Saturday, 8:30 to 14:30) or after the cut of time and/or on an UAE public Holiday will be processed the next UAE working day. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if the order is not accepted at the address supplied.
In order to ensure your utmost satisfaction, we currently carry all local deliveries by our own fleet while internationally we work with some of the best and quickest courier companies like DHL & Aramex.
Tax and Customs Duty
For selected countries Eurocoffee will automatically pay any tax or customs duty applied, therefore the amount you pay on check out is the final amount, your parcel will be delivered as DDP or delivery duty paid.
For some countries this isn't possible, and you will have to pay import duty and tax on arrival, if this is the case your parcel will be held until it has been paid. If charges are not paid your parcel may be destroyed and Eurocoffee will have no liability towards this.
www.eurocoffee.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
